Michael — Manager
As a dedicated manager, Michael keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine. A Shenandoah Valley native, he's passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and making sure both the team and customers have the best experience possible. When he's not in the office, you'll find Michael enjoying the outdoors, working on personal projects, or spending quality time with family and friends.
Chet — Technician
Chet brings more than 30 years of experience in both the fire service and construction, giving him a strong foundation in problem-solving, leadership, and quality workmanship. He approaches every project with professionalism, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor that makes him a valued teammate. Outside of work, Chet enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and family, and is an avid hunter.
Melanie — Office
Born and raised in the charming town of Elkton and a proud Spotswood alum, Melanie now calls Virginia Beach home. She's a multitasking pro—whether at work or managing life with her husband and four daughters! When she's not keeping things running smoothly, you'll find her hiking scenic trails, diving into a great book, dreaming up home design projects, or planning her next adventure.
